To ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our members and guests, please take a moment to review our venue conditions of entry.

Our Venues
To ensure our venues can provide a high level of service in a safe, healthy and pleasant environment for all, members and guests must comply with the following conditions:
The facilities are available to the general public and not exclusively for members.
Entry will be refused, or a person requested to leave the Venue if the person: i. is abusive or uses offensive language or whose behaviour is threatening or ii. is under the influence of drugs or alcohol iii. Behaviour interferes with the health, safety and comfort of other patrons and staff.
No smoking is permitted in Venues.
No chewing gum permitted in Venues.
No person under the age of 13 is allowed in the Venue unless accompanied by a guardian. (Guardians must be over 16)
No glass items, objects or alcohol permitted in venues.
Please notify staff if you wish to take photos of friends and family.
Management do not take responsibility of any personal items that may be lost, damaged or stolen. To reduce this risk please use free lockers provided.
Access to the Wellness Centre is only permitted for those 18 years and older.
Access to Warm Water Pool, Spas, Steam Rooms and Saunas is only permitted for those 16 years and older.
In an emergency please follow lifeguard instructions.
Children aged 5 years and under need to be supervised within arms reach from in the pools at all times.
Children aged 6 to 14 years need to be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
A maximum of 2 children under 5 years old or 4 children under 10 years old can be supervised by each parent/guardian over the age of 16 years.
Suitable swimwear must be worn.
Articles of clothing such as street-wear, underwear, denim, bike pants and casual wear are strictly prohibited in the water.
Only recognised waterproof aqua-nappies are to be worn in the water for infants.
Please adhere to the safety signage around the pool area.
Access to the Wellness Centre is only permitted for those 18 years and older.
Cameras and mobile phones are not to be used for photos or videos unless authorised by Venue Management.
Weak/Non-Swimmer Policy
Tell a staff member if you are a Non-Swimmer, we’re here to help! It’s ok to admit you are a non-swimmer, be recognised and survive.
Wear a water safety orange wrist band while in the water to be recognised by lifeguards.
Swim within safe depths according to your ability.
Never swim in deep water if you are a Non-Swimmer.
Be aware of drop zones in pools and abrupt depth change areas.

Watch Around Water
We are Watch Around Water Venues. Watch Around Water is a program developed by Aquatics and Recreation Victoria and Life Saving Victoria to:
Educate the public about adequate supervision.
Encourage parent/guardians to take on this responsibility when visiting a public aquatic facility.
Therefore, the following safe supervision policies must be adhered to when in our Aquatic Venues:
Children under 5 years old, will be issued a pink wristband from reception upon entry.
Children under 5 years old must be adequately supervised by a parent/guardian.
Adequate supervision requires the parent/guardian to accompany the child in the water and remain within arm’s reach of the child at all times.
Ratio, 1 adult to 2 children.
Children under 10 years old, will be issued a yellow wristband from reception upon entry.
Children under 10 years old will not be admitted without an appropriate parent/guardian. The parent/guardian must be 16 years or over and adhere to all conditions of entry.
Children under 10 years old must be constantly supervised by a parent/guardian while in the aquatic area of the venue.
The parent/guardian must position himself or herself to have a clear view of the child with no physical or structural barriers between them and the child.
Ratio, 1 adult to 4 children.
Children 10 years and older
Parent /guardians are required to be present in the centre for children under the age of 13.
For children 10 years and older, parents must use their knowledge of the child’s swimming ability to determine the level of supervision required.
Health Club Conditions of Entry
Patrons must always have a sweat towel at all times.
Bring your own drink bottle.
Weights must be returned to their correct place after use.
Correct training attire and runners must be worn – no jeans, work clothes, boots, sandals, thongs or clothing that is likely to cause offence to others are permitted.
No food allowed in the gym or group exercise classes.
No entry to a group exercise class including Aqua, 5 minutes after it starts.
Children between age of 12 –15 years cannot participate in any weight bearing activities. They can only participate in cardio-based activities.
Must provide your own floor mat for group fitness classes.
