Age strong Exercise Classes
Agestrong is a group-based strength and balance program designed for older adults who no longer feel confident participating in mainstream fitness classes. Led by qualified trainers, it provides a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each session runs for 45–50 minutes and features simple resistance exercises using dumbbells, body weight and therabands to strengthen the major muscle groups needed for everyday tasks such as standing up from a chair, walking and lifting shopping bags. The program also includes a range of balance exercises to help you stay steady and reduce the risk of falls.
