Aqua Aerobics classes offer you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, Aqua Aerobics gives you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.

Aqua
Low Intensity
In an Aqua class, the water provides a great cardio workout with
cushioning, resistance and support. Joints are safely supported with each exercise
that works the whole body. Improving your cardio, strength, endurance, posture and
flexibility all at the same time.

Aqua Deep
Moderate Intensity
Aqua Deep classes use flotation weight belts for conditioning and
toning exercises to help focus on core strength. With a variety of intensity options,
these classes are for perfect for a range of ages and fitness levels. From the first-
time aqua members to experienced participants.

Aqua Bubs
Low Intensity
Move, splash and bond with your child in our Aqua Bubs class. A gentle, low-impact aqua session designed especially for parents and bubs aged 6 months to 2 years.

Aqua Deep
Moderate Intensity
Aqua Deep is a full body workout, which combines cardiovascular, muscle conditioning and interval training from the deep end. This is suited for experienced participants, and can increase range of motion and non-impacting movements.

Aqua Flow
Low Intensity
Aqua Flow is a gentle flow-based class in the warm water pool, which incorporates breathwork, mindfulness and gentle yoga/ Tai chi and aqua inspired movement to enhance length, focus, and support in deeper relaxation. Not suitable if you are pregnant or with high blood pressure.

Aqua HIIT
High Intensity
Aqua HIIT is a High-Intensity Interval Training workout conducted in the shallow end of the pool. This bootcamp style class has a duration of 30-minutes and involves highly intensive cardiovascular exercises. It is suitable for individuals aiming to elevate their fitness levels to the next tier. You'll receive the necessary push to effectively crush your fitness goals.

Aqua Movers
Moderate Intensity
Aqua Movers is a low impact, intermediate full body workout, improving your cardio, strength, endurance, posture and flexibility all at the same time. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Warm
Low Intensity
Aqua Warm is a 30-minute gentle class preformed in the warm pool which focuses on strength, mobility and functionality. Not suitable if you are pregnant or with high blood pressure. This introductory class acts as a perfect foundation for the more progressive and dynamic classes like Aqua Movers and Aqua Deep.
