
Elise Burt
Elise is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist having completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University. Elise also has experience working as a qualified personal trainer. Through both degrees and work as a personal trainer Elise as been exposed to a wide range of people and environments which has helped develop her skills as an Exercise Physiologist. Elise has experience working with high performance athletes and people of all ages with varying diseases, disabilities and injuries.
Elise thrives on tailoring evidence-based exercise interventions that enhance physical, mental, and social wellbeing, always with the goal of improving quality of life and helping people achieve their personal best. Whether it’s supporting someone through rehabilitation or helping an athlete fine-tune their performance, Elise’s approach is empathetic, empowering, and results driven. Elise’s love for movement extends beyond her professional life. She has proudly represented Australia as an international athlete in Sport Aerobics, giving her firsthand insight into the dedication and discipline required at the highest level. When she’s not working with clients, Elise enjoys travelling and experiencing other cultures, the beach and reading books.
Elise is a Level 3 Senior Exercise Physiologist.
