Eve Sheehan

Eve is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science at La Trobe University, graduating in 2023.

Since graduating, Eve has gained experience working with clients across a wide range of ages and health conditions. She has a particular interest in supporting people living with serious mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression. She also has experience working with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiac disease, cancer and respiratory conditions, as well as neurological disorders, osteoarthritis and falls prevention.

Eve is passionate about delivering evidence-based exercise programs that improve functional outcomes, support independence and enhance quality of life.

Outside of work, Eve enjoys staying active through running and playing AFL football and is a passionate Geelong Cats supporter.
