Katie Barnes

Katie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years of experience in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula. She specialises in musculoskeletal injuries—particularly spine and lower limbs—as well as neuromuscular conditions and falls prevention. She is passionate about working with older adults and women’s health, including pre- and post-natal care and menopause.

Currently teaches in the TAFE sector, training future allied health assistants.

Originally from Central Victoria, Katie completed a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Federation University in Ballarat.

Outside of work, she enjoys chasing after her young children, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
