With over 20 years of experience across all areas of the fitness industry — including Personal Training, fitness instruction, lifeguarding, swim instruction, group fitness, boxing, circuit, cycle, yoga, children’s PT and older‑adult specialties — I bring a broad and inclusive approach to wellbeing.
I am especially passionate about helping people gain and maintain fitness that supports an independent, high‑quality life. My experience spans working with Victoria Police, athletes, miners, mums with bubs, and individuals rebuilding their strength, fitness and overall wellbeing.
Some of my favourite classes to teach are Yoga and Chair Yoga for those who find the floor challenging, Boxing Circuit, and Age Strong sessions for those choosing an active, vibrant life. In every group training environment, I love the shared energy — giving motivation and passion, and receiving it back from the community.
