I’m passionate about helping women rediscover their strength and confidence. Through supportive, structured training, I guide my clients to build resilience and feel proud of the bodies they choose to prioritise.

My training style focuses on Strength & Conditioning, Functional Training, Tone & Shape and Flexibility & Mobility. I specialise in beginner‑friendly strength training for women aged 30 to 50 who are ready to invest in themselves in a new season of life. My approach centres on improving movement quality, building functional strength, supporting sustainable fat loss and encouraging long‑term consistency. I emphasise safe technique, progressive programming and creating a welcoming, empowering environment where women feel confident, capable and supported.

I hold qualifications including Cert III & IV in Fitness, Pre and Post Natal, Swiss Ball Training, Nutrition, The Jungle Body Get Low Instructor, and Trauma Aware Training. I’m committed to helping women understand their bodies, build both physical and mental resilience and feel strong in every sense of the word.
