What is the difference between a Swim Nappy and a Regular Nappy?
Swim nappies are specifically designed for use in the water. Unlike regular nappies, they do not absorb liquid. Instead, they are made to contain solids while allowing water to pass through. This prevents them from becoming heavy, swelling up or breaking apart in the pool.
Regular nappies are highly absorbent and designed for everyday use. When worn in water, they quickly fill with water, become heavy and can disintegrate. This not only makes them ineffective but can also contaminate the pool.
To ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all, swim nappies are required for any child who needs one while in the water.
Wearing a swim nappy helps us maintain pool hygiene and ensures classes can run smoothly for everyone.
Please note that not wearing a swim nappy may result in:
– Delays to classes
– Class cancellations
– Temporary pool closure
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
